In 2018 I co-founded Onder Stroom, an off-space situated in a former buoy shed in Antwerp, Belgium alongside a group of friends, creatives and artists. Onder Stroom emerged as a multidisciplinary collective run space: a small event venue, open air concert venue, an atelier, co-work space and alternative night life venue in Antwerp. It was a lot! We hosted more than 700+ events ranging from exhibitions to free jazz nights to the wildest parties. We established one of the wildest experimental stage & space for local and international underground artists.
From 2022 to 2023, my role at Onder Stroom involved working as an event programmer, setting up events overseeing communication, making posters, sound engineering during shows and all the stuff you have to do if you run a space. Clean up shit!

It was unforgettable. It was mad. It was heavy. But it was one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life. Forever grateful to have been a part of it.
